Leaders Inspiring Tomorrow
Founded in 2021 by Megan Benison L.I.T. provides Legacy Scholarships to underprivileged graduating senior student-athletes to help them transition into their next phase of life—whether that means college, skilled trades, entering the workforce, or entrepreneurship.
L.I.T. also focuses on mentoring young girls in, helping them grow beyond their sport through confidence building, leadership, femininity and etiquette, self-respect, financial literacy, healthy relationships, professionalism, conflict resolution, and real-life decision-making.
Ruth'z Haven 4 Hope
Ruth’z Haven 4 Hope, founded by Charlette Norine Williams in 2019, is dedicated to helping homeless and displaced families through the power of community support. Through donations, we provide essential items such as food, clothing, and resources to help individuals and families get back on their feet.
Reaching Inner-City Kids
R.I.C.K. was Founded by Michael Gibson, R.I.C.K. is a hands-on youth mentoring program that helps young people—especially boys without consistent father figures—develop practical skills, confidence, discipline, and purpose.
R.I.C.K. is more than a mentoring program. We are filling the gaps by providing guidance, accountability, encouragement, and real men who lead by example. When we place tools in a young person’s hands, we are planting confidence, responsibility, opportunity, and hope.
Building on Belief
“The B.O.B. (Building on Belief) program, founded by Robert Williams in 2023, brings families together through health, wellness, and practical life skills. We provide guidance and resources that help families build healthier habits, strengthen relationships, and make legacy-building decisions for a brighter future.
